Change of mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can ask for a return and refund as long as:
- you contact us within 30 days of delivery;
- the item is unused and in its original condition; and
- you pay the return delivery and pickup costs. For pool tables, this includes the cost of us dismantling and collecting the table.
Once we have received the item back and checked its condition, we will refund you to your original payment method.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, regardless of this change-of-mind policy.
